Wobbling problem
I notice that i have some play in my steering.
About 3/4 to an inch of a dead play while driving. Is that means that my rack pinion going out? Any suggestions? Thank you guys |

Could be the tie rod ends. If you have a Haynes manual they detail a process for checking for excessive play.

Sounds like tie rod ends. The rack is very difficult to wear out. Also, remember that 3/4" movement of the wheel does not always mean 3/4" movement of some part somewhere. That amount of steering wheel turn could me less 1/4" elsewhere screwing you up.
