TPS Sensor Adjustment Mod

The TPS on the N/A Engine is a simple device that has 3 functions idle position, part throttle and full throttle. Part throttle is reached at approx 75% and full throttle at approx 90%.
These figures may may not be so suitable on a modified engine so I have decided to experiment a little by cutting the plastic cam profile and bending the metal switch tabs I have adjusted the cam to reach part throttle at approx 60% and full throttle at approx 80%.
Opening up the TPS takes a little work with a hacksaw blade and screwdriver. Contacts of course can be cleaned at this time.

on an NA there are only two positions, idle or WOT, there is no part throttle function at all.
the DME knows it is at part throttle because neither the WOT or idle switches are engaged - at that point it relies on the AFM signal and RPM to figure fuel+spark.
