Hello my US friends.. help needed!

Hi guys ‘across the pond’..

I have a 1983 model 944 lux with a central locking issue- the passenger door is locked shut and cannot open it from the inside or out.. have tried with the key, the ‘knob’ is down and won’t come up, have even tried my remote which is an alarm/central locking system and nothing happens, not even with the drivers door. Have thought it may be a fuse but central locking is not listed.. Any help and suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.. Thanks in advance... Baz UK
