That VIN doesn't exist, a late '93 would be 820014, except the 1st late '93 VIN is 820061, and they certainly didn't make ~2000 US market '93s....

Poor mans carfax, Calif smog check history. Last passed in 2016, less than 2 year gap usually means it was sold.

I believe that is the car that sold on BaT around 2018 for about $78k. If it is, it has had Greg Brown under the hood in the not too distant past. I'd say unless the current owner made a big mess of it, you got yourself a screaming deal.
