Jon the color is a copy of the 10th anniversary show car from the 1987 Frankfurt auto show .
My guess is that someone saw the factory show car and had them make a copy of it for the USA and this is it.
The car still has original paint and the code is 11H on the Glassurit web .
The interior was removed and cleaned, then reinstalled and its original.

page.

Stan that car has to turn some heads, awesome looking.

If you wouldn't mind, in a new thread maybe, I would like to know what the 84 Euro At is like compared to the S4, how the different torque curves feel in real life driving.

Good EYE!, I had a special pod cover made so it was easier to drive the car.

With the white dash there is terrible reflection from the sun and its very hard to see, the dash also is very reflective but the pod was the worst part.
The sunlight reflects off of the dash then onto the inside of the windshield, and causes lots of glare.
DONT ever get a lite colored dash, dark gray or flat black is the way to go..

Hey Tass, that's nice work. Is that air intake oval on top of the radiator a custom piece?

Thanks Mike,

I made a couple of mods to it but the airfilter housing and and supercharger intake plumbing are available from Carl at 928 Motorsports.

This pic shows the intake plumbing without the filter housing installed.

After a couple of disasters working with used engines, I went with this full-rebuild engine so I only have enough run time on it to tune and check temps & pressures. I need to keep things calm for little break-in period. I can't afford the time and $ to screw up this engine
