79 - another temp sensor

After I removed the WUR, I found this sensor. Anyone know what it is for? It is in the bottom of the photo located in the center. You can see the thermotime for the CSV in the upper right of the photo.

Enginer coolant temp sensor. Helps the cold start valve for CIS cars.

Maybe I got them confused. Which one is for the cold start valve and which one is for the coolant temp?

The lower one is a "Temperature Time Switch" 928 605 101 00 and the upper one is a "Remote Temperature Sensor" 928 606 201 01. The top one connects to the gauge in the dash, I'd assume the bottom one is for the CIS.

Thanks for clarifying that. I checked out the wire colors on the harness with the circuit diagram and they match up with what you are saying. Thanks again.
