I bought a kit from Roger, as well as some silicone tubing from another vendor, used the kit from Roger with just a couple short lengths of the silicone tubing as needed.
Roger's kit uses Mercedes fittings for 90 degree, T, etc. one Porsche multilegged thing, and the rest is thin nylon hardline. I think its the better way to go, looks factory, installs easy. |

Also Carl has a Silicone Vacuum Line kit, but I kinda cheated and used his measurements and bought the tubing elsewhere. There are lot's of different sizes of vacuum lines, so one size isn't going to cover all lines.

vacuum lines
On that note, I bought a bunch of vacuum lines at autozone just to get me going with the idea that I would look around for something better when I had more time. The autozone ones don't feel like they can hold up to a lot of heat and vacuum but seem to be doing the job for now. I haven't necessarily noticed any issues at this point but think they could be collapsing at certain times. I'm guessing the silicone ones are much more durable?????
BTW, I like the blue accent. |

Yeah, the Silicones are pretty thick. It would be very difficult to collapse them. They come in all colors, so you can go Black if you want the stock look.

Factory used hard lines and rubber bends and couplers, its just a much cleaner install IMHO.
Question you might want to ask yourself is how would you know if the vacuum lines were collapsing or flowing much less than desired? |
