CIS , no idle

Hi All
..i got the complete CIS system of "Barbapapa"..mike....installed the whole system in my 78....car fired right up...runs great....but i just cant get it to idle?...i have adjusted the idle screw...and the mixture screw...soon as it gets under 2k RPM..it just stops..i have checked for vacuum leaks...none....anyone have any ideas?

Did you install the piston in the fuel distributor wrong side up? Is the air sensor plate centered and not binding at the idle position? Anything beyond that will probably require pressure testing with a CIS gauge set.
