Flex Fan Adapter
Well guys, here it is. I'll know by next week if I wasted $100 when I can some time to install the flex fan adapter. If it works, I'll post the contact information for the machine shop that did the job.

as long as the fan blades are near the same diameter as the inside of the shroud opening, and the blades are inside the shroud, it should be fine.
if it doesn't keep your engine cool, you've got problems elsewhere.... --Russ

My clutch fan works just fine. On a hot day at about 85-90 degrees with no a/c (it doesn't work) the temp guage reads a shade over the 1/2 way mark. I had this made for down the road just in case. The fan should sit about 1/8" further into the fan shroud & I don't see this as being a problem. I measured the fan diameter on the car & it looks like 18". I know for sure next week when I remove the stock fan. Who knows, maybe I hit on something.

Should've just mounted an electric and gained an easy 5 horsepower.
