new to forums..difference between european and american model

Hello everyone, i am new to the forum, i have a 1979 Porsche 928 and was wondering if there is a difference between the european model and american model and some imformation regarding the differences if there is one.

For the 1979 model year, the Euro has marker lights behind each front wheel, and a square red light to the left of the rear license plate, controls are in German. Everything else like head lights and lack of cats is usually converted when it was imported.
