Consider raising the car on 4 6-ton jackstands for some of the work to take the pressure off knees and back.

Hi gbgastowers, thanks for asking. I have procured a 1981 wiring harness from Vdubr928 here. It was shipped today and should arrive Monday. That is exciting, I am not sure what a pita it will be install, but I will have to checkout the A,B,C,-X connector wire pinouts for matchup conflicts. Hopefully swap out the problem wire runs or all of them.
