Project: Resurrection GT

Thanks to Brome Auto Body, Jim Ambler, Tom Ringheiser, and the rest of those who helped resurrect this nightmarish ride...And the web community for helping to inspire me. Thanks to Joe Thrift for the smokin deal, and John Kim Crumb- FOR HOOKIN IT UP! I.O.U.

Summer 2010 Here we come.

The car was pulled, chopped, measured, and very carefully assembled to have proper geometry.... We'll be driving it next week.

The motor runs like a beast, and is now getting a fresh waterpump- the old one locked up from sitting around I guess... Shame too it was fresh service..... VERY COOL RIDE! Shows 88k miles on the clock, and everything works.

Very cool. Is the front ride height correct? That's some serious gappage

Right you are Leo, the rear is lowered ALL THE WAY the guy was using the car on the track.

If I raise the car in the rear, it should even out. Plus, the donor suspension was setup for a different car altogether and I haven't gotten to adjust it. I'll do it tomorrow, probably lowering the front a couple inches

be good!
