ty-wrapping vacuum lines
I am in the process of replacing all the vacuum switches in my HVAC system. As you know they are not easy to get to. Has anyone used ty-wraps around the connections to make sure they do not leak or slip off during installation? I tested it on one and it seems to hold it a little tighter. Good idea or is it useless?
Thanks Mike P

Why would they slip off, vacuum tends to hold them on. I would not do it other than how the factory does it.

My 5 way manifold was bad, I made a functional replacement from vacuum t's and some 3mm vacuum hose.

Really? I would like to see pics of this. Is this the solenoid looking area behind the center console?
