Porsche Crest 86.5 928S was running checked the fuses and now it doesnt run

Hello, I was having trouble with high idle, replaced the relays and replaced the idle control valve no fix, replaced the thermo vacuum valve to the EGR and it got it to idle normal while cold, still raises to 1200 after it warms up. Also fixed and re routed vacuum lines and replaced the injector rings and intake gaskets while changing the control valve. The other day I was testing the thermo 2 switch, car still ran at that time, someone mentioned I should re check the fuses, one at a time I pulled the fuses out to check them then put them back in. After checking the fuzes I tried to start it and it will not run now. Changed the thermo 2 just in case and still will not start up. I have also since this started pulled the fuse for the fuel pump and cleaned the contacts, and it wont work. Is it possible that the alarm system is keeping it from starting? Any other suggestions? Im hoping that the idle will be corrected now from the new sensor, if I can get it to start again.
