No right front turn signal????

On my 84 928s my right turn signal don't work in the front of the car at all. Works in the back on the right side but blinks real fast. I checked bulbs and look to be fine. Left side works like it should.. Any one ever have this issue? i would appreciate some help. Thanks

jack up the RF and remove the front tire,
then the front block off plate,
then inspect the wires,
there should be a few connectors under the fender near the bumper and maybe one has come loose,
also inspect the harness where it enters the wheel well under the headlamp,
if the harness is binding at the metal harness clamp,
it can be cut so check the harness with the lights up, check both sides for this condition.
Also make sure that bulbs you have are the same front and back and side to side also check the side marker bulbs

And.....along with what MrMerlin has posted, remove the bulb and clean the socket.

pull the bulb out and re-test which is grounded. this is something i noticed on my turn signal when i got my car back from the body shop, they put the wires on in reverse, causing the power to ground and blow my fuse every time. switched the wires and no more problems. one of the connectors seemed like it was already grounded. Worth a shot in your case.

I bet it's the turn signal stalk. You can drill out the rivets and clean all the contacts in there, but beware there are a lot of springs and balls. I actually couldn't put it back together and one of my friends did it for me. Works like a charm.
