Why would one caliper receive no brake fluid?

I flushed the system put new fluid replaced the caliper but no fluid flows out the line in order to bleed it. I drove the car several miles and noticed it pulled hard left when brakes were applied it's an 88 928 S4, Thanx!

If I remember correctly, all four lines exit the Master Cylinder. If so, remove that line from the caliper and where it connects to the MC, then blow air through the line. If it's clear, then you issue is at the MC. If it's original, replace it with a rebuilt one.

Are you using a pressure bleeder on the M/C, or a suction bleeder at the caliper? Make sure you do not have something in the brake line at the new caliper. Remove the line at the caliper ( not the bleed screw) and see if you can get fluid out of it when you have an assistant push the pedal down slowly several times.
Don't go all the way to the floor with the pedal movement as you don't want to mess up the seals in the m/c itself .

Are you aware that S4 calipers have 2 bleed screws per caliper, and both must be bled?

How old are your flex hoses?

I unscrewed the line from the caliper and no fluid comes out when the pedal is pressed, yes I removed both bleeders, yes the lines are original and all the rotors are shiny except the passenger front. I will try disconnecting the line at the MC and blowing air and yes I used a vaccum bleeder connected to an air compressor and thank you everyone for their input so far it is so much appreciated!

Remove the flex hose, and see if you get fluid from the hardline that comes before the flex hose. If your flex hoses are original, they are a major liability and need to be replaced while you're in there, regardless.
