Mounting points for engine hoist...

Fellas,

Where are the correct mounting points for a 928 S4 motor (for your garden variety engine hoist)? The ones I am seeing don't look robust enough to handle 500lb+ weight. Intake and valve covers are off, BTW. Thanks for your help!

Facing the motor from the front I recall its right rear off exhaust manifold area, and left front. I found a crank type load leveler essential for altering the angle during lifting.

Twitch of memory has me thinking maybe three lift points? So wait for a better answer before lifting.

Thanks, Dang. I'm shocked that there is no information on the internet about mounting points for a 928 motor. Have the load leveler ready to go....

Anyone have additional input? There is nothing on the internet that explains these connection points. Since this is an aluminum alloy block, I don't want to take any chances. Please assist.

Never mind. Found them. Two brackets (drivers side rear and passenger side front) attached to the heads. I had taken them off when removing the valve covers and intake and had forgotten about them.
