blinker problem

problem w th left blinkers, th relay buzzes clicks very fast while dimming at dash lights, th right blinker seems to work fine, even w th fuses out it does th same thing, any ideas ??

Needs a refill of blinker-fluid.

Halogen oil, once it leaks out the bulb needs to be replaced or has a poor contact, check for the one that doesn't light up.
