Any idea where i can buy a windshield for my 1984, 928?

I bought one from my local auto glass dealer down the street from my house for $165 installed.

There is nothing all that special about the glass for an '84

In new jersey prices are much higher
cheapest was $250 installed

That's still pretty darn cheap.

Make sure its factory glass, Pilkington and Sigla, not Chinese glass which can be wavey.

How exactly do you tell ? is the Glass marked somewhere ?

Look under the VIN lower left corner.

I'm with Danglerb... excellent advice, make sure it's not that CCC.

Look for the marker as said, ask for it from the installer.
