What is this part called?

The hose that would run from the Banjo bolt on the intercooler pipe into the Lindsey Boost Enhancer (or wastegate tube - i think - on stock cars).

In stock form, it is a hose that is rubber on the inside, with a cloth-like outer coating.

What is this part called? And is it possible to order a replacement? Mine is split and I currently have a larger-diameter hose around it and clamped down...

You can order that kind of hose in bulk in many different diameters. I just cant remember where I saw it. It was either Pelican parts or performance Products: ***************

Runs from Banjo bolt to CV (or MBC/EBC & wastegate on modded cars).

Standard flexible rubber fuel hose works fine. Forget the exact size, but 3/16" I.D. seems to come to mind. I'll check my car tonight and see what I've got on there.

Without taking the hose assembly apart, how does it attach to the banjo bolt? It looks like it runs inside the bolt housing...

the connector where the hose attaches to the banjo itself is deceiving, because it looks like the metal banjo part and the metal collar on the hose is all one piece. in reality, the metal collar on the hose is just a fancy hose clamp that appears smooth like a metal collar. to get that off i used some pliers and a lot of muscle to peel the metal off. you could use a dremel to cut that clamp/collar off just as easily. be careful not to cut into the banjo inside, though.

the easiest way to replace the hose itself (and a great upgrade) is to use the silicone tubing from lindsey racing, which looks like the red tube in the photo above.

What you do is you can take tin snips cut around the out side of that collar clamp it to a vise clap and roll it right off. Underneith is just a regular sized barbed fitting that you can attach any hose to
