My 951 doesn't run right anymore! Help please?

I just finished installing a dry turbo, a manual boost control, a dbx mass airflow sensor, 72# injectors and a 3 bar fuel regulator, chips, new spark plug cables, a dual port wastegate and a 4" exhaust system. Everytime i engage the clutch or put it in neutral the rpms drop down and don't stop dropping until the car just stalls itself.

Any ideas why this might be?
I already adjusted the idle and it didn't help

Thanks in advance

The chip may be bad. Put the old chip back in and see if the engines runs OK. These cars seem to have a mind all their own at times. It just may not like what you are doing to it.

Cheers,
Larry

Sounds like a huge vacuum leak.
Check everything.

Well a new problem just arose
I was going down the highway and i shifted and then my turbo spool up was suddenly very loud
So i drove it like half a mile back to my house and checked it out and no hoses were detached or anything
So i jumped back in it and got back on the highway and the turbo was very loud and entirely useless.. No boost whatsoever and then it just stopped making any noise

Does this mean my turbo is blown out?

I have had a hotside become detached from the crossover.
Are you hearing loud like exhaust or loud siren like wailing from the turbo?

Pull the boot off the front of the turbo and check it out - check for damaged blades.

It's like a wailing sound..
I don't think it could be the hotside as i wrenched on those nuts and bolts just about as hard as i could haha

sounds like the turbine grenaded. was the turbo getting enough oil? why did you go with a dry turbo if the primary use of your car is for the street?
