O2 sensor wire routing.
Anyone have a pic of the way it is supposed to be? Things have bee apart so long now that my memory fails me. And I can't seem to figure out how to run it so it is far enough away from the exhaust piping. I'd like to get it right, before the intake goes back on.

I don't have a photo but it runs up inside and up between the block heat shield. Kinda tight to bring the wire loom up there. Might need to fish a wire down from the top and fasten it to the 02 sensor 3 wire loom.

shouldn't really matter as long as it is not close to the exhaust

FYI - It looks like it is supposed to run the block side of the intake bracket. That is where it ended up, anyways.

yeah, the last time I did mine, I had the intake off and it made it a lot easier. It's a little harder to fish it down there with it on. With it off, you can find a couple good spots for it - there's a heat shield between the turbo and the block around where the AOS side bolt is located - mine is fished in through there.

The HS was kinda bent up and straightened in other places, with 2 pieces cut out of it, because I forgot to put it on, and had to do it while the turbo and outlet pipe were already in place. But being behind the bracket gave it plenty of room, and was also behind the heat shield anyways.
