Speedometer not working, ABS light on
Something unusual happened to my 993 after it landed in Portugal being in shipping container from US for a few months. On the dash ABS light on and speedometer at zero. After my local mechanic spending days to figure it out I took over and used my Durametric diagnostic code reader and resolved the issue. Steps: 1. Read the code 108 - Supply Voltage 2. Fuse box 3. Fuse #16 ABS 4. Replace. Still what might have caused it? It never happened before.

Low voltage drop, long storage of charger, but ABS 16 fuse weird. Thinking ABS pump ran for too long and overheated fuse. But why would it run, maybe low voltage somehow triggered ABS sensor / module to activate running the pump, but key was off (I assume) would think that would pull pump power form ABS pump. But low voltage thru ABS module... who knows.

A quick google search for 'ABS fuse blown' points to short in electrical installation. My fuse still works so it must have been an intermittent issue during transport - like dropping the container and applying unusual G-force.
