SAI - CEL related OBDII fault code ...?

I have a two part question….

Q1a. Does the dreaded ‘Secondary Air Injection’ system problem trigger a specific ‘Check Engine Light’ OBDII fault code (0401 vs. 0131 for example or other #s) …?

Q1b. Is it possible to replace only the SAI check valve (without cleaning the involved injection ports) and get some measure of resolution on the CEL problem…?

1) Yes, ultimately...
1b) I believe it can be done along with a SAI "flush" as a temporary means of flushing out the carbon and crap, as long as you catch it before it hardens in. Lots of articles over on www.rennlist.com on this...and also here at this link:
