964 RSA rear seat delete into a 993 ???

I have an 964 RSA rear seat delete and I've been told that it's a direct fit into a 993. Can anyone confirm that for me? pix?? I appreciate all comments, but I'd really like feedback from someone with direct experience and knowledge regarding this install.

regards,

al

Nope. The RSA shelf is extra wide due to the no inner side qtr panel trim. You would have to cut off the ears to make it fit.

Pete,
Thanks. I was looking at some pix of a 993 rear seat delete and it seemed that they are the same part except for the ears/wings at the front edge. Also, on the 993, it looks like little filler parts are added to the side trim, where the shelf tapers down towards the back edge.
I was going to use this part, on a middle year car, but didn't want to modify it, because it is so nice. It appears that unless someone is making an RSA clone, it will have to be modded.

regards,

al
