Changing a 964 Tip to Manual

I am not sure if this question has been ask before?

Have any of you guys had experience with doing this or know exactly what is involved in such an operation??

I'd really like to know your thoughts.....

Bill's got a good point ...had this idea once myself and was quickly advised against..
The tip car has extra ECU's to control shift and speed, extra cooling lines and radiators,
a different wheel in S models as well as maybe an extra hose or two on the plenum of the engine.
The manual needs a different pedal cluster, transmission of course, slave and associated hyd
lines ,oh different speedo and there's surely some things I missed.
Oh by the way it may devalue the vehicle ...is that sufficient? Bert
