Electrical problems: Re-setting alarm system? Fixing leaks? Rear windsheild wiper

Hey,

I was doing some minor electrical work on my car (1991 C2) and once I plugged in the battery again the car won't start. It will crank and turn over but appears to be no fuel moving. I have a feeling it's the alarm. I looked in my Bentley book and it said to check terminal 86 which appears to be involved in shutting off the fuel system if the alarm is activated, which it was a few days before when I re-plugged my battery in. Any idea where terminal 86 is or how to reset my alarm system?

Also noticed the other day the foam under my floor boards is soaked on both sides of my car. Any common areas for leaks on these cars that I should first fix? I ripped out the foam because it was drenched and once I fix the leak I was wondering where I could get not foam/rubber flooring to replace the old stuff?

My rear windshield wiper won't turn off either? unplugged the switch on the dash which initially worked but now it's back on, any ideas?

Thank you

alarm control unit is probable -
try locking and unlocking the doors which will re-enable the circuit to the DME, you might have triggered the DME pwr cut off. otherwise you are on a "chase" to figure out exactly where the fault is (either + or -)

the rubber mats are $100/each last time i checked, you can buy the Rennline AL Cup floor boards and eliminate them (and allow mosture to dry off) a thought....

rear wiper... sounds like a stuck/bad relay (open), replacing it is the first step.
