Computer codes
I have a 90 C2 that is setting the following codes in the computer: 15, 31, 32, 41, 43, 44, 45. Can someone tell me what these indicate and what action the shop manual says to repair/replace? These codes all have to do the HVAC system.
Regards, Steve

You didn't list what you are using to read the codes.
I recall that with the "scantool", the baud rate is slow enough that it displays a number of codes from the CCU. I clear the CCU codes then check again - so far no lasting codes on any of those circuits.

I use Durametric software for scanning. It displays the code and what it is referring, but no info on what to do from there. Such as a troubleshooting guide. Thanks for the help. I will visit the Rennlist forum for more info.

RetiredRider,
were you ever able to find out what it meant? How did you fix the issue you had? |

CCU codes
I eventually discovered that the codes were for the A/C and fan blower, but did not appear to affect anything. The A/C works fine, plenty of cold air and the heater works as well. So, I just left the codes in the computer. I am not sure why the codes are being set in the first place since everything appears normal. Perhaps someone who has dealt with these specific codes can reply with what action they have taken to keep the codes from coming back.
