another alarm problem

i have a 993 here with the both alarm lights on the doors blinking twice. the remote locks and disarms the alarm but will not unlock the doors. the interior switch also does not function. i know the light is supposed to tell you something but i dont know what two blinks means?

Double flash means you have an open sitch somewhere. I am tracking the same problem - mine is most likely one of the glovebox doors in my Cabriolet (they wre modified during the a stereo install).
