Vent control problems
1990 911 C2: can't get air to come out of the center vents. Air seems co be coming out from the side vents just fine, and the two sliders that control air flow from under the windshield and from under the dashboard work fine.
Does anyone know what might be causing this? This forum has saved my a** in the past so thanks in advance! Zajo |

Sounds like one of your servo motors which actuate the vent is malfunctioning.
This photo is from a 993, but I believe the configurations are very similar. ![]() Also check this site as posted by C2Targa, in the Fan remains on thread. http://www.porschehvac.bergvill.com/ The search function is your friend...Take it for a test drive. HTH

Thansk for linking to my site Nine9six. I agree, one or more of the HVAC servos could be faulty.
