2002 Turbo spoiler issue
Tail is stuck in down position and warning light is on. Help please!

Check to see if the spoiler is level in the down position, if not try to push the high side down to make it level so there is no resistance to movement.

Mine was stuck up on my 2001 and I was able to repair it quite easily with a member here who lives nearby. Good luck !
