Reverse the PSE switch?

I’ve been an air cooled guy for awhile but acquired an 04 4S earlier this year. This is my first post on the water cooled side of the forum.

Is there a way to reverse the PSE system so that it defaults to quiet mode for start and gets noisy only when the button is selected? I do want to retain the button function rather than just disabling the system to quiet mode.

Lots of info on removing the 30-50 mph cutout but not much on what I’m looking for.

I do know the quiet mode can be selected prior to start, but I would prefer that quiet was the default.
