996 Factory Rebuilt Engine #

I have a 1999 cabriolet and back in 2010 I replaced the engine (factory rebuilt). The engine serial number is M96701AT66X67319. How do I decode this number? AT means it's rebuilt. The last number is "9", does it mean the engine was rebuilt in 2009? The reason for my question is to identify the IMS bearing in the engine. Early rebuilds used the smaller / problem IMS while later rebuilds used the larger more reliable IMS. Tell me what you think.
Thanks Bob

ANY factory reman Porsche engine (M96/97) built after 2004 will have the oversized IMS bearing in it, period. It does not matter if the engine core was early or late, the reman year was the cut off. Your number decodes (66X) to 2010 build.

Thanks for setting me straight! Curious do any of the other numbers have any meaning?

Yes, the numbers and letters before AT indicate the class of the engine and build location, the numbers after the 66X are the engine's serial number.
