you will also likely need:

999-707-388-40 O-ring 18.6 x 3.5 -- US MSRP $4.40

900-331-034-40 O-ring 25.8 x 3.5 -- US MSRP $2.34

and if the 4 screws are damaged use:

999-073-103-01 oval-head screw M6 x 16 -- US MSRP $0.90 (each)
