What is the recommended adhesive to use to re-glue emblem that is beginning to peel off? The tip of the C of the "Carrera" always becomes loose even shortly after a new replacement.

I have never had success re-gluing those emblems. The glue is too hard to control after applied to the emblem and it usually becomes a mess of sticky fingerprints and is always obviously repaired. One thing I CAN tell you though is before you wash or dry the car placing masking tape over the Carrera emblem can prevent the emblem from being loosened by a rag or wash mitt. I have a detailer friend who NEVER wipes the emblem, only dries and cleans it using a blotting method. My final answer is to replace it and make sure that you carefully clean and dry around the emblem. Car washes are too harsh for the emblems.

The original is held on with a double sided tape, you can get it at hardware stores, HD etc or possibly a body shop will let you have some, get the thinnest you can find.
