My driver side door will lock every time either using the fob or by turning the key to the right. But when I try to unlock the door it takes 5-10 tries before it will unlock and only by using the fob. Turning the key counter clockwise does nothing and there's no resistance when turning the key to unlock the door like there is when locking it. Windows move up and down fine. Windows actually drop 1/4" like they are supposed to when the door is supposed to be unlocked and I pull on the handle. Only he door won't open until I hit the fob 5-10 times. What parts do I need to order?

Sounds like you have a few issues. The door tumbler should be connected to the latch assembly by a linkage. It is tough to line that up when replacing the latch. Remove the door handle and check that out. As for the fob not working it's probably a bad key. Do you have another to try??
