I am hoping big time. It would only be 60 miles away and on a good day 45 minutes away. Have been down to Mid America and would be at this one every chance possible

Not too far from me. It would be great to have another track in Minnesota. I filled out the questionnaire online. They had a heck of a time trying to get another track in before (northstar or whatever it was called) - opposition tends to blossom as these proposals get rolling

With Brainerd having difficulties I find it hard to imagine another track implemented. But it is a bit easier to get to versus Brainerd, perhaps that will help but if it does get approved I will wager Brainerd is history.

I don't have any idea one way or another about Brainerd - It was just purchased by a new investor last summer - they're planning on doing a lot of upgrades I thought? Would be a shame though - fastest track in North America.

I agree! Brainerd is "special" and hate to see it fall to the wayside. Tough biz this race track ownership! Let's hope BIR can revive as did Heartland Park did when the new owner came on board and dumped a million or 2 into it.

Hi

The track is moving forward in a positive direction . The bank has looked over the replays that we've received and have been encouraged by them. Larry Potter is applying for building permits with the county at the present time and the first reading will be on the 4'th wed of March at the court house .We would like everyone that can come to be there and help support us . Please encourage everyone to fill out the questionnaire on the web site.

See you Saturday for the tour !

Rod

Let's try to get as much support for this as we can. Having a track of this caliber such a sort distance form many drivers is great. I would be there for as many events as possible. Wishing good luck on the project. Ready to be racing on it soon as possible
