Question Cayenne 04 S - 2 recalls

Hi, want to know if anyone can advise me on recall status. Just purchased a 2004 Cayenne S - love it, it's great. Carfax showed 2 recalls - 17V576 and 19V446 - no prob - so I checked vin# on Porsche site and the N.H.T.S.A. - both show 'No open Recalls' So, silly me, I'm trying to determine if they were done/remedied, etc. My local Porsche dealer says they will check them out, but of course wants to also do the coolant-pipe replacement for about 2K. So, my question - how to tell if recalls were actually done? Any help- please? Thanks in Advance

Beats me.

You can look your VIN up here:
https://www.nhtsa.gov/recalls
or what each recall is by number:

Thank you Fintstone - appreciate it - I just got this car a few weeks ago and although I'm super excited about it - I am slowly getting the hang of the Porsche world - when I check my specific vin - it is super clean - no recalls outstanding - the Carfax shows these 2 - I did call Porsche to inquire and they really could just give me the name/address of Porsche dealers in my area - had no way to determine if my car recalls had been done - and did not know if the recalls would be covered. Of course, the local Porsche dealers are happy to check out my car - but with all the other issues - it would run into $1000s of dollars - so, just trying to get a sense of how a typical consumer could verify - someone like me that bought a used 04 car? yikes - seems kinda like a racket getting a straight answer from Porsche or a dealership - so that is why this forum is so great for reference for Porsche enthusiasts you have tons of experience.

If your dealer won’t do it for free call PCNA with your VIN they can check it.
