Macan Windshield Replacement

Hi,

So I took a good rock chip on the highway which then cracked. I called Porsche Service to see what they do, and they do outsource it but then the car has to go back to Porsche to do the calibration with PIWIS.

I have glass insurance so I asked my insurer who they use, I called the shop (Speedy) and spoke to a tech who said they use a Bosch tool for calibration and they have never has an issue with it.

It was a non-event, glass changed, sensors still work so all in for $500 CDN.
