looking for parts: likely will buy new from Roger at cms and Matt at guard... but if you have new parts to trade for items i have, then lets work something out.

1980 911sc Euro non sunroof coupe. The car will be to enjoy on the weekend/car shows/cruise nights but also "Texas Mile MPH top speed runs". The first iteration of the car will be a LSX 600hp NA GMPP engine now/later will have a 1000+hp Blower system. and now a custom CMS/Albins G96 GT2 based Porsche 6 speed with Albins 3.00 ring and pinion, custom Albins 4-6 gearsets, 1.08/4th .80/5th .620/6th, CMS billet side cover, Wavetrack lsd, patrick motorsports titlon/setrab trans cooler system, CMS forged 996 to 911sc axles, Numeric Racing 996 shifter, Numeric Racing shift cables, Wilwood pedals/996/911sc, Porsche GT3Cup steel synchros and bearings thruout. this is a narrow body 911sc car. 16x7 front forged fuchs, 16x8 forged fuchs in rear, 245/50/16 rear tires. rear tires diameter 25.6". 2580lbs is general accepted weight on the lite non sunroof coupes. we will weigh it when done. subnote, also have turbo twist 17" wheels, rears are 17x9 and will take a 255/50/17 Nitto 555 tire that is 27" tall to change gear ratio if need be. car has full Rennline delrin monoball suspension pivots. car is a full Tarett coilover car. Tarett front and rear sway bars. boxster s/brembo 4 piston brake caliper conversion on all 4. 6 point roll cage. Rennline components thruout. first goal is finish in time for Texas mile 2025. 2nd goal, 175MPH. 3rd goal aero testing above 200mph likely some more down force will need to be introduced 4th goal... more mph! 5th goal... 230mph |

going to install boxster s calipers all around now

I think Instant-G provides a kit to make Boxster brakes work on classic 911s. I'm going to use them when I put the 996T brakes on my 81 after I put in a 3.6. I'll also use them for the 3.6 upgrade.

we are officially going full erp 935 coilover suspension now as well. we already were going coilover, but now adding the 935 erp front and rear suspensions

i have been around 911's since i was 16. im now 53. have owned f bodies, g bodies, 964, 993, 996, 997, still prefer an sc.
