decklid clearance. they do make a plastic valve cover without that baffle that would probably clear the regular decklid. this motor sits surprisingly low in there.

Looks great. I absolutely love the wheels! What did you have to do to make them work?

Also, is there an intercooler in the decklid?

Hey buddy! The wheels were a nightmare and my lack of Porsche experience probably didn't help any. The wheels have an extra thick back pad. When i went to test fit i realized the stock studs were to short. Now if it wasn't bad enough needing to buy 60mm studs i then find out that when the rear hub is taking apart i will need new bearings. Now at the point i'm at they have flat back and could use to come out maybe another 1". I can't run a conventional spacer as the studs will stick out and hit the wheel. I could switch to a bolt on spacer but it would need to be thick enough to cover the extra long stud (to far out) OR cut down the 60mm studs which im not wanting to do. Ideally they would work best with stock studs, a 25mm bolt on spacer and they would be flush. I will most likely sell them.

No intercooler. I need to switch to the plastic 24v valve cover to remove that baffle and i could maybe get it to fit. i need to run my filter as well and that might need to go up in there as its already going to be close to down pipe. i will probably go water/meth injection when i'm ready to turn up the boost.

Had my buddy Stanley weld up some tips, dual 2.5" pipe and made me a smooth 2 into 1 transition. just need to cut a couple more tight 90's and exhaust is done. I'll get some oil and gas in it this weekend and see what happens.

58'' from turbo to tip. should be rowdy
