R1100S Track bike parts
I have a lower geared rear end that will fit all the R1100S models. The ratio is 33/11. It does not have the hole for the speedo pickup. This is the best by far improvement you can make to this bike to gain more acceleration and quicker lap times. This changes the personality of the bike and makes it more responsive through all the gears. The gears are in good working order and operates smooth without any noise. The paint is not scratched, the appearance is good. The price is $300.00 plus actual shipping.
I also have a GP shifter linkage. This changes the shifter to the GP pattern. This item looks new and was made in Italy by Ergal Parts. These are no longer made. The price is $200.00 plus shipping. I will supply pictures upon request. |

Thanks for the quick photos. Is it pretty straight forward on how it mounts? Any instructions with it? On the rear end gearing, how does it affect top end? Thanks again, Stu.

Second in line for the gp shifter... this is the one that requires removal of the centerstand, right? Thanks - Jeff

The shifter assembly is pretty straight foward. It mounts in the hole where the center stand is located, then one end attaches to the shifter arm comming from the transmittion and the outher end attaches to the shifter. There is no instructions. It is so simple instructions are not needed.
The best I can remember the top speed is changed to approximately 130 verses 142 with the stock rearend. You are able to reach the 130 quicker with the lower geared rearend. |

GP shifter
Thanks for the mounting description. Looking at the part, it now makes sense. But since I use a pit-bill track stand, and the center stand holes are used for it, I guess I'm out of the running. Bummer. Next...
