Forget the front sway bar. A waste of time. Your 75 will be great with a 26/27mm heavier-than-usual stock rear bar. Anything more a complete waste on a street car.

My 2.7, very similar to yours, uses the RS curve. Hard to know if it's the best you can do, but it's very good. My car has PMO's with 36mm venturis.
