You can buy
a NEW large dia. generator that will fit. . BugCity is where I bought...

Maybe its the ground wire. You say 12v at low side, but where is the neg. side of the meter, car ground or the plug ground? Maybe High beam is getting ground somehow from low side. Just a thought

Why not get rid of the relay ? In the last 15k miles, I have yet had the starter alone let me down. But, it did take two rebuilt starters to find a good one

Not all Aftermarket Intakes are the same

Well, I cant stop the popping after 6months and trying everything. Im going to Webers. I ordered everything from PMO.

Found out that the intake manifolds are differnt (from PMO) than the ones...
