Identify these seats

Can anyone help with these seats? OEM or aftermarket?

Those appear to be Recaros from the BMW 320is or a euro 6 series . They are popular with the 2002 crowd.

They typically fetch up to $500 if really nice.

BMW "sport seats" from an early '80s vintage (maybe started late '70s in the 320 and 323). I've always thought those seats were a cool, inexpensive retrofit if you weren't going for correctness.
