Anyone else have internet connection problems to Pelican (like Comcast)?

Just a feeler....... Locality is Huntsville, AL. Over the last several weeks, our neighborhood has had extreme connection problems connecting to not only Pelican, but anything else. Is this a local problem only, or are such outages common? Maybe other internet service customers have similar problems with their providers?

Pretty frustrating when you want to buy a part from a "For Sale thread".
