Considering a 2.0 A3...need advice
Hello. Hoping there are a few Pelicans scanning this forum that might help me. I am normally hanging around the P-Car threads but have an Audi/VW question. I am looking at an 09 A3 Quattro for my daughter. It has a 2.0 TSFI motor and the carfax shows that the water pump was changed at 60k, 75k and then again at 85k. They can now has 93k and I'm wondering why the water pumps are going so quickly. The current owner replaced the RMS, valve cover gasket and intake manifold... he didn't know why it needed a new intake (which was odd by itself). Thoughts? Move on? Dig deeper or roll the dice? I'm selling my p-car now due to medical bills and I can't afford to have this fail on the kid. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Move on - sounds like this car has had enough issues pop up. I remember owning an A4 and it ended up being a money pit.
