Off topic... But need my Pelicans help!
Sorry for the off topic question but it is still a German car...
Any help will be greatly appreciated! The car is a 06 Audi A4 Avant 2.0T. The car was at about 50/60% AC output so I stop by autozone and bought 2 cans of 134. I put 1 and 1/2 cans in the car and now the AC is not blowing cold and the check engine light came on. I reset the light and it stayed off but the AC is still not cold. It is over 100 degrees here in DC. My family needs AC as the Porsche had it deleted. Again thanks for any advice you might have.

Did you make sure the A/C system needed that much 134? Did you have a gauge attached inline with the R134 can? It is very possible to overfill the system with 134.

You need a Gauge/Manifold to fill properly, Over fill will blow warm.
Here is the fill chart: http://www.ackits.com/aacf/ptchart.cfm FLAPS will rent the gauge for free.

You need to pull the codes with a vag-com and check here for the cause.
Anything else will be guesswork and will prove to be counter-productive.

I did the same in my toyota. I overfilled it and it blew warm. I asked the guy at advance auto, and he said it has an over-fill switch that turns it off if the system is over pressurized. I followed his advice, and bleed a little out until it started blowing cold again. No big deal.
