I may make that a summer time destination. My son and I have visited most of the great car museums in the US. The Petersen in L.A., The National Auto museum in Reno, and The Blackhawk museum in Danville, CA. I've hit a few outside the states like the BMW museum in Munich. I've heard good things about the Ford museum and now we have even more reason to go.

It is part of the Henry Ford Museum offerings, and very interesting how all the parts come together with "just in time" deliveries. The tour describes how steel taconite pellets arrive at the docks, and less than 48 hours later, that same steel drives off the end of the assembly line as a frame/structure. Every single F150 coming off the line is already bought/paid for by dealerships, or individuals.
