I put milk on mine. I use the trader joe's stuff. Roasted almond slices, flax seed make it more nutty. I also add cinnamon and rasins. Always cut some fruit in it - banana is go-to. Mango is awesome but not available year round.
I have branched out to cottage cheese with friut but until then it has been 15 years on daily oatmeal. Served me well, I think, especially in terms of digestion.
